Return & Refund Policy
At Naarangi, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns / Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:
- The item delivered to you was incorrect
- The item was damaged during delivery
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- You wish to exchange the size
If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at infonaarangi@gmail.com.
Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, please ship the product back to us securely.
- Share the proof/tracking details with us within 5 days of raising the request.
- Returned products must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Sale items or discounted purchases
- Gift cards
- Custom-made or personalized products
