Return & Refund Policy

At Naarangi, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • The item delivered to you was incorrect
  • The item was damaged during delivery
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • You wish to exchange the size

If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at infonaarangi@gmail.com.

Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, please ship the product back to us securely.
  • Share the proof/tracking details with us within 5 days of raising the request.
  • Returned products must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Sale items or discounted purchases
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized products

International Orders

  • Customers outside India are responsible for shipping fees, duties, and customs.
  • Returns and exchanges for international orders will be accepted only if the product received is damaged or incorrect.
